Dennis Schultz can’t get enough fish. The avid hunter of king salmon, panfish and walleye likes to cook his own quarry and dine out. When he does the latter, he orders – yes – more fish.
One of his favorite recent finds is the breaded herring fillets at the Lighthouse on Homestead, a new North Shore restaurant that has a few old-school, supper-club style items on its menu. “It kind of has some of the flavor of the old Shorecrest,” Schultz said.
