Brewhouse serves up North Shore flavors

When Stan Burns goes out to eat, he likes to taste flavors from the North Country.
There’s only one place where he can get smoked Lake Superior trout, Deer River wild rice and a chocolate cake laced with a Duluth stout all in one meal: Fitger’s Brewhouse.
“I tend to like the stuff that’s local, the lake trout, the wild rice,” he said.
